Rescue Services

A community-driven feature enabling users to report animals in distress and alert rescuers/NGOs.

Raksham is a facilitation platform, not an emergency service.

3. E-commerce User Guidelines

4. Service Booking Guidelines

5. Rescue Feature User Guidelines

• Submit real and accurate rescue information
• Avoid fake or misleading rescue alerts
• Upload relevant, non-graphic content
• Do not manipulate GPS location
• Respect rescuers and NGOs
• Do not attempt dangerous rescues without training

6. Responsibilities of Rescuers & Volunteers

• Act ethically and professionally
• Follow animal welfare rules
• Use case information responsibly
• Operate independently

Raksham does not employ, certify, or verify rescuers.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Violation of laws or animal welfare regulations
• Fake rescue reports or fraudulent transactions
• Abusive, misleading, or harmful content
• Hacking or attempting unauthorized access
• Impersonating Raksham staff or rescuers
• Using bots or automation tools

8. Content Upload Rules

• Content must be original
• No copyrighted or abusive material
• No personal data of others
• No staged or misleading rescue scenarios

9. Safety Guidelines

• Do not attempt risky rescues alone
• Avoid aggressive or wild animals
• Maintain safe distance
• Avoid unsafe locations

10. Account Suspension & Termination

Raksham may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, harassment, misuse of rescue features, or legal requirements.

11. Data Use & Privacy

All user data is handled as per our Privacy Policy. Rescue and service data may be shared with relevant partners to enable platform functionality.

12. Third-Party Integrations

Raksham may integrate with payment gateways, couriers, NGOs, veterinarians, and service partners. We are not responsible for their independent policies or actions.
